Topic: Serious cleaning problem

Hi Leni,
all the best with the cleaning job! As a fellow collector of ornate Victorian frippery, I am all too familiar with it's often filthy state, & ability to trap all manner of evil crud. I have found dried bits of plants, dead bugs, weird bits of metal, a 2 cent coin, a blank piece of paper, & loads of stygian black soot.
By the way, the vase looks like a Kralik piece from the early 1900s. Nice find, even if it is full-o-crud!
