Nice one! Early Mdina, designer Michael Harris, who went on to found Isle of Wight Studio Glass. Michael Harris was director of the RCA in London, before going to Malta to set Mdina up. Sam Herman took over the RCA when MH left. (Info from Lesley Jackson's 20th Century Factory Glass). After MH left Malta in '72, Mdina carried on making his designs, and a variation of this one is still made today. I can't say if this definitely was made when MH was still there, or shortly after he left, but it's still a lovely early piece! I really like the bubbly yellow in it. I wish it was mine!
