I'm Googled out, don't have Felt & Stoer and would appreciate help on this candle holder, hoping it might be in their books.  It's not in the 3 Archer books, Corning Museum, or Innes. There's a pink tint mostly at the top. Two friends (independent of each other) think it might be French.

Dori — Hi and welcome back — it's been too long.   I know I'm not the only one missing your pearls of wisdom.

It's not British, at least I've never seen one before.   Had anyone but you queried this candlestick, I would have bet on EAPG.
