Topic: Difficult SIgnature to decipher

Hi All

Just digging some of my glass out of storage and noticed for the first time a small signature in a piece I picked up about 15 years ago.

Can anybody make it out. I think it says 'pilo 1900' or 'pylo 1900'. Unfortunately there is a scratch on the base that runs through the signature.

Size is 250mm (10") wide by 80mm (3") high

Any ideas would be welcome.

Try applying a small coating of talcum powder to the piece, and then photographing again, this will help the mark stand out better...washes off afterwards too...K

have taken another photo and attached below. I dont think it's 'Bon' Ivo but could be 'Blu' look at the new image and see if that helps.

I'm not convinced this is Murano. Can I move it to Glass and see if anyone else picks up on it?

This has more of a Scandi feel to it? just a gut feeling.

I assume you mean Scandinavian and not a manufacturer called Scandi.
