** Just a Bump on this item here -- Was the Catalog done ? **

As stated by Marcus (Sklounion) in 2008:
Quote
"These bowls always cause problems, but hopefully in the next few weeks, a colleague will be sending me 180 pages of Chribska production catalogues, averaging 20 items per side in full colour, to upload to www.sklounion.com, showing a huge range of products, which will be available to GMB members to view. The job of id-ing these may then be a little easier.
Regards,
Marcus"

So just wondering?...and IF the ID of this item is known for sure then......and still do not know how you say Chribska

I think my photography *taking* has gotten much better since 2007......LOL  ;D

Rose, Anne has got a lovely page on glasspeak:  http://glasspeak.yobunny.org.uk/

Apparently you are supposed to say "Krib-ska"   (I say 'Hrybska' only because in Polish, 'Ch' is pronounced 'H'...  I guess not in Czech).

Hi friends. Rather do not try it to pronounce it. The best approximation can reach Anik.

Chřibská

"Ch" is not known in English, Polish or Croatian "h" is good equivalent
ř - special Czech sound - nearest is Polish "rz" - for example in name Jerzi or rzecpospolita
á - line above means long sound  "aa"

All Chribska catalogues available to me are at my web site in section Katalogy - Catalogues, note please that the most recent productions came from Egermann-Exbor - http://picasaweb.google.cz/Jindra8526/EgermannExborHutniSklo#

Possibility it could be Japanese as well...i have seen a few on aussie ebay in this green & amber combination with the bulbs (inverted and not) that I suspect to be Japanese...no confirmation as hopefully a label piece will turn up eventually...another lead to follow antique...

Thanks kane_u_pain
I think I will just take whole new pictures, as I think my picture taking is a bit better since these were posted, and know how to crop pics -- as some were taken with cell phone camera, and others were taken still as a newbie....Think I will just redo the shot, and get some more detail to see if that can help.

Then maybe we can go from there -- as the angle of these are horse pucky  :spls2:  See at least as these pic were taken in 2007.  I have now 3 years of better taking pics (I hope)
