This vase could be Walsh. See Reynolds p.38 fig.111, where both cut and pressed versions of the pattern are illustrated.
Note that it is very difficult to tell them apart. The only way I know to be certain is to look at the "cut" surfaces. As, to my best knowledge and belief, Walsh always hand-polished cut glass, you can see the faint striations made by the cutting wheel. There are no such striations on Walsh pressed. I've only had two examples of Walsh 1940s pressed glass through my hands, both of which were sold to me as cut glass by experienced dealers.
