Hi, I am so glad you liked these images.
Today I was at the Museum of London photoraphing the Whitefriars 1931-35 design book and during a chat with Alex Werner,( the curator ) he mentioned that they had finally found a home for the 1700 or so Stained glass window cartoons that they have. They are shortly to be shipped to the Corning Museum of Glass, NY. In this collection are the cartoons for the windows for Grace and Holy Trinity. James Hogan,s original designs are still to be found.
I am uploading 3 more images. The first is Mary kneeling with Joseph holding a cage of doves. The second is a detail of the doves and the third the Powell ( Whitefriars ) Monk in the bottom right hand tracery.
Regards Patrick.
