maker of green dish please?

Hi I did put this picture on the Whitefriars website but so far no answers, I know that the handmade glass items do not always conform exactly in size this dish measures 9" wide and the colour looks right to me for whitefriars, but so far nothing perhaps someone on here may have some idea.
