I don't think you will be able to find any "on-line" illustrations of it. I wrote about it in "A Century of Carnival Glass" but as it was border-line Carnival, we didn't think that a photo in the book was justifiable.
If I get the chance, I will take a photo sometime and put it on my website. Meanwhile, I assure you that I have the twin to your item. It is identical, except mine is smoky coloured and iridised. Mine also has the moulded markings on the base that I have explained above. And I have seen and handled other examples (as I mentioned above).
