Hi Lynne I can confirm your weight is an experimental or trial piece by no other than Frank Hill, probably not many made thats why it is not in the catalogues .I showed your pics to Ray Annenberg, thats were the info comes from.Ray took the task over from Frank just after yours was made. this of course means that it gets to sit for a while on the shelf alongside the PS201 pink butterfly undated WF , and a pretty miniature blue P14 with a bit of frit inside which has meant nobody wants it.
Add to that my very pretty lampworked William Manson, the St Louis (very expensive) bouquet, and my William Walker, and I am starting to look very like a collector.
and then there are my blue and green perfume bottles - including a Peter Layton and Norman Stuart Clarke ....I shall have to watch out...
