Rose: Probably impossible to attribute this one with any certainty because quite few people made bowls like this. Not to insult the bowl, but there's nothing to distinguish it as being from any one maker. Guesses in order of possibility: Murano, Swedish, North American.
The bubbles change in size where the glass has expanded the most in the blowing process. Th bubbles are created by rolling the parison across a spiked bed or putting it into a mould with spikes on the side. When additional glass is added to the parison, that creates bubbles. I take even bubbles to indicate quality. Look a Venini or Seguso bullicante glass, for example.

PS. I should add that the bowl I have like this I have regarded as being generic Murano.
