EAPG Bowl on spatula feet.
glasswizard:
Hi Tony, Sorry I did not get back earlier. I did show your piece to some dealers and they thought was it is a product of U S Glass co. Now we have to get into a little history. In the early 1890s USGC or United States Glass Company, was formed. It was not a single company, but a conglomerate of 15 companies. At the time of the merger there is an estimated 300 patterns of table sets being produced. Over the years new patterns were tried. We probably can even speculate that moulds were moved around and new things tried. In one book I have, mention is made of the fact that certain patterns are found in only one item with no matching pieces known. I know that at one time I had a "Snail" pattern swung vase. A leading "Expert" swore that it could not exist. IMHO we have only scratched the surface of USGC and my friends told me that research continues and they forsee new books on this fascinating company. And as far as your piece, their comments were "WOW" "Nice" Terry

Many thanks for info, would be nice to have some of Bill Heacock books do not see any here in NZ, I guess they are all out of print and are collectors items themselves by now.

How does Tiffin aka Factory R fit in US Glass companies? I didn't see it on the list.
