Cloudglass ashtray and bowl

Any ideas on the maker of this 5" diam. cloudglass ashtray please?  I'm not too sure that its the right colour for Davidson, but you never know :)

Also, this 3.5" high cloudglass bowl which is actually a turquoise colour (does anyone else have difficulty photographing blue glass or is it just me )
I don't think it is Kosta Boda's 'Mine' because that usually is marked UHV plus a logo on the base, for Ulrica Hydman-Vallien, and this one, although it looks very similar, isn't marked...

Could number one be American slag glass?

Don't forget Atoll when thinking of Kosta, very similar.
These don't seem like either tho.

Thanks folks ;).  The ashtray has me stumped.  I've not seen anything like this colour.  Reminds me of oxblood shoe polish.
