Orange Glass lamp base

This is not a vase conversion, it has been designed as a lamp, the glass inside is a thick white, orange of course on the outside, it has two inner light bulbs and one at the top. It measures 33 cms tall,has anyone any ideas as to who made it, designed it etc?  Kev 8)
