Modern Conicle Vase

Evening all
               as any one got any idea who make's or made these conicle vase. it stands 8ins high, and as thin glass swirled round it, quite heavy and finished off good at the Pontil, by machine i think.

Has an overall Scandinavian look to me. I've also seen Scandinavian pieces with that spiral of frit before, but don't remember whose...
