What is it?! Vase ID Please

Could someone please help me identify this rather unsual vase that I purchased - we don't think it is Whitefriars, not sure about Murano - we just don't know!

Hi Slugfish,
welcome to the Glass message board,
i feel your vase may be from one of the Bohemian Glass manufacturers,
one that springs to mind as having similar products  is Zelezny Brod Glassworks or ZBS,
but there are many other possibles. I expect 1960-80s.
I cannot make out the engraving in your photo, is it a bird? or an abstract?

Hi Andy

Thank you very much for your reply  :)

The white effect in the vase  is white molton glass that has been extruded into lines inside the vase using some sort of implement, the white is almost in a feather or fan type design.

Your reply has given me a great start and somewhere to start looking.

Thank you again

Amy

I hate to say this but with that matt base it looks like recent Chinese or similar production
