Peachblow or Peachblow Type Vase
« on: April 05, 2008, 11:17:22 PM »
Evening. I am requesting opinions on this Peachblow or Peachblow type vase. I use the word type because of the different defination of Peachblow. I was going through a Peachblow reference (Billings) & the type of decoration closely resembles English, but I realize many different companies made this type of glass. Any/all input is appreciated. Thanks, Ken

Are there any numbers or other markings on the bottom? Can you post a picture of the bottom, even if it is not marked?

Here is a pic of the bottom. Hopefully it's OK as far as quality. Should mention that is is rather small at 4 1/2" in height with a 3" diameter. Thanks

I agree, looks English to me, but beyond that I've no idea.  Struck peachblow is usually darker at the top.

I agree with Kristi... I think this looks English to me - Stevens & Williams would be my first guess.
