Anyone Know "Union Jack" --Signature on my paperweight

hi all..
You guys are just so good, ......so I am.....
Hoping someone has info on this maker (company?)
I have a nice paperweight (4" H egg shape)...signature reads Union Jack..
I have googled...but only find a vague reference to a Union Jack company...
Thought I have been collecting for years...never saw this signature or heard of it before....
