ID Help - Scandi ? bowl
« on: July 28, 2008, 03:59:13 PM »
Hi

This clear bowl is heavy lead crystal, with a slight blue-grey tinge.  210 mm x 225 mm x 80 mm, shallow circular polished depression to the base. Weight 3.6 kg.  Any help on ID gratefully received.

Alan

Hi Alan,
i would have said Swedish, probably Strombergshytan, as previously mentioned,
i do remember seeing a whitefriars range of similar thick cut bowls,
not sure what date, maybe someone can rule them out
