Topic: Toothpick holder and waste tray..... Harrachov? Scandi?

Hiya, I found this on my travels around the local charity shops. It
just SCREAMED quality at me.

Not a clue, I reckoned Scandi, but Harrachov has also been suggested, I would love some help.

The colour is not as purple as the pic seems to show - it's a slightly greeny smoky shade of blue.
They're also smaller than the pic, holder is 5cm tall, 6cm wide, the waste tray 2cm x 9cm.
The mould seams took quite a bit of finding, they're at the top of the side walls, on either side of the rounded top of the rim.
