Tall Red Vase

Hi
   Can any one please tell me what and whom may have made this red tall bottle ? vase ? the sides are indented and 5" inches across the height is 20.5" inches the weight 1005g the base as a ground and partly polished pontil. this is one of the seven items my daughter bought at a car boot sale 6wks back,

          Now that is creepy i only got this bought to me today by my son whom had gone to Wales to see s sister whom had bought this a few weeks back along with the other glass i have put up tonight, i wonder how many there are of these then? do not like them at all.

To be fair, I wouldn't have expected this vase to be unique, so it doesn't have to be suspicious that there's more than one out there.   ;)
