Heavy dark blue pressed glass vase - ID = Ząbkowice

Adam P has one in a shade of green http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pos=-1981 which is very close to that seen in a OLG/VLG piece by Wagenfeld shown here: http://www.designhandlung.de/sites/g006.php - could these be later OLG/VLG production?

Hi all,

The vase is Polish, produced by Ząbkowice.  It appears in the 1971 catalogue which can be accessed via the pressglas-korrespondenz website.  Scroll down to page 33 here.

I had seen it said to be a Drost design elsewhere but without the supporting evidence, which you have now provided. (That was why I'd not updated this in case it was another mis-attributed myth thingie.)

My other mystery green vase is on the same page too! I'd long suspected they were by the same maker. :)
