Picked up what maybe an ash tray or small bowl very similar to Iittala Glass Finland Timo Sarpaneva any ides measures 6" x 2 1/2" high weighs 800 gms see hear

They pop up fairly regularly - I noticed 5 or 6 across various stalls at a large carboot sale this weekend - so from an English manufacturer, maybe? Not really my field, though.
