Can you help with identification ?

I was hoping someone could help me identify this opalescent irregular shaped glass dish with a naked lady swimming.  I have been trying to find out more about it and I am presuming it is approx 1930's and possibly Czechoslovakian.  It is approx 17cm wide x 13cm.
Any ideas or information would be helpful.
