Hi, signed satin glass ? id required

hi, this is approx 4 1/2 inches high with a wee bit or irredencent look to it , it also feels like satin ? on the outside, its signed on base with a rough pontil but cant make out the signature, any help appreciated, thanks kieran

I think Anne is almost certainly correct, but the image of the signature is a bit blurred.

That's the crazy think with signatures. They look illegible until you have a steer in the right direction and then the turn out to obvious!! Plus, some of us have what Connie refers to as "doctor's handwriting"! ;D
