That's probably because anyone who might have an answer will have seen it on this thread. The Murano-only experts are unlikely to have an answer because it's probably not Murano, mainland Italy is a much more likely Italian option.

Hi,
In Domov, a Czech design magazine, there is a very similar vase to the one under discussion. That is identified as a Timo Sarpaneva design. The jounal dates to the mid-1970s.
