Hi "momma" and welcome to the board.
When you have had some time to settle in and get used to the functions and features, you could use the search facility to check out the many comments and views on Chinese paperweights that have been expressed by others. You will see that although some people have regarded modern Chinese weights very negatively, others have pointed out improvements that have occurred in recent times. And, regardless of the differening general views about them, many people really do like those "Lily" weights - even when the clear glass is somewhat tinted. I have some examples of those type of Chinese weights and one is a magnum, footed Lily which, although the foot and stem are a bit "wobbly", is quite impressive.
As for the size of photos, there is no problem at all with the ones above. In fact, you can size them in terms of width and height to be bigger than 640 x 480 (but maybe 600 pixels is plenty bid enough for most images). The restriction is about Kb size, and as long as each image does not exceed 125kb, it is not a problem. Images larger than 150 pixels in either width or height get automatically resized as a clickable thumbnail which will either expand within the text area or be shown in a new window. (As per the Help info in "
Tech Tips - Posting Pictures ...")
And well done for providing the three views, including the base. It really helps with Ids to give those views.
