I have found that.

For me it looks like more Bohemian...?!

Does anybody knows what it is?
Regards.

I don't know much about paperweights, so just to spur someone who does on, I would have guessed old Chinese.

There are some very well formed stars around the perimeter of some of the canes, glass does not have a greenish cast and the base appears to be hollow ground: Too nice to be Chinese. It doesn't look like Clichy to me either. I am not as well versed in Bohemian so I can't help there.

Based on those stars and the general finishing, I would go for it if I had the bidding power. Regardless of who made it, it's a nice piece.
I collect Scottish and Italian paperweights and anything else that strikes my fancy.

Sorry about the double post.

After going through my books last night my best guess would be NEGC: It doesn't look like the Boh weights in my books.

Interesting, complex caneson a bad setup. Clichy? no. NEGC,dont think so,who? no idea!  Canes are very good, but again, the setup of the weight is bad at worst!  As Chinese weights get better and better, could it be new Chinese?

Looking at the cane details as well as the wear ring on the base, It's highly doubtful that it is modern Chi.
But who? I don't know either :)

The base says antique to me... very similar to the NEGC ones I have. Old German? It is possible that not-so-experienced makers could have "borrowed" good canes and experimented on their own. I have never seen anything Chinese, old or new, that has canes or base that look at all like these. No way!  :)
