Webb or Loetz ??
« on: December 08, 2008, 10:45:01 PM »
Hi - I purchased this pair of vases believing them to be Webb c 1890. They are 6.5 " high and are in irridescent green and very beautiful.

Scrolling through EBAY today I came across item 390012114380 and 390000459952 both look identical to my vases except they are smaller (4.25") and attributed to Loetz.

Thanks in advance for any help to identify.

I know of no evidence to attribute these to Loetz. One of the sellers researched the vase in question and could find nothing. Note the use of a ? in the description.

Thanks Christine - as such is often the case unfortunately !! Let's hope some-one can confirm the real identity.
