Who is the likely glassmaker please?

this piece is heavy but delicate
it has green ribbons through out clear glass the glass is scollaped as if it were a flower . it also has polished pontil.i beleive it to be murano but cannot put a glassmakers id to it
some help please

I don't think it's Murano, personally. I'll wait for the experts to have their say, but the query may do better in Glass.
