Bohemian for sure, and part of a set: One tall one in the middle, two smaller ones on either side on top of the tall wardrobe or mantlepiece. It is quite rare to get all three; most sets have been broken up when the contents of the house were divided between the children. The range of decorations is endless: the cold enamel was done in cottage industry. Timewise you're looking at the 1890s thru 1920s.
