Powell, Walsh Walsh, or another Stourbridge co.? vaseline opal

I got this at a show today and just don't know if it is Powell, John Walsh Walsh, or another Stourbridge area maker.  Nice polished pontil. Stands 5 inches tall, 6.25" top rim diameter.  Any help is appreciated.  I have already looked through Gulliver, Manley, Opalescent Glass book, and Hajdamach's book.
