I have found this on ebay and I like the discussion.....
For me it looks not like old french, ....I looks mor like old chinese?

Ooh that is a nice old Chinese piece. The colors are not the usual Mandarin red, yellow and green.

I would not pay that much for it however, not when I can find them for 5 - 15 dollars.
I collect Scottish and Italian paperweights and anything else that strikes my fancy.
