ID Help please - green centre, bubble array

Hi

Can anyone suggest a maker for the weight shown below (clickable thumbnails)?  It feels hollow blown, is 3 inch diameter, 2 5/8 inch tall. Translucent lime green centre bubble, array of smaller bubbles, and then a clear glass covering layer.  Flat polished base with a conical, rough central hole where it looks as if the pontil was removed.
