This vase has many similarities to an optic ball I have but I haven't seen the gilded and coloured "olives" before. The moulding of the olives seems the same, it has a cut and polished rim and shows the cross of a 4 part mould although it seems off centre.

Yes it is definitely Borské sklo 11163 serie, design Max Kannegieser, see for example Glasrevue 1962/7.
