Steuben vase?
« on: February 24, 2009, 04:27:02 PM »
I can't seem to attribute this vase  ...it looks like Steuben to me (possibly Flemish blue?)..The wheel engraving reminds me of Hawkes' work...any insight would be appreciated!

Blair you might want to try this on the chatabout site. I know you've been there before & if it's US theres a good chance someone will jump on it. Nice cutting & color. Thought at first it might have been Sinclaire, but blue is too deep for them. Does it have a polished pontil? Ken
