Sklo Borske Pattern Name Help Please and Colours Help

Hi all, My mum has given me this vase and am trying to find a pattern name for it. I have the Hi Sklo book but can only see things similar. I know it is Czech as she was given it as a present in the 1970s whilst in Czechoslovakia. The second question is on the set of 3 optics, does anyone know the colour of the middle one? Any help appreciated. Thanks, Sue.
