Is this Mikasa Barolac or Barolac vase?

Hello, I don't know if I am posting correctly, sorry if not, this is my first time here, Bought this vase, I was told could be Barolac ,found a very similar one but with tulips, any expert here can tell me if this is vintage or new, Mikasa or not??............Thank you :fwr:

It doesn't look like a Mikasa piece to me but I could be wrong.
