Whitefriars - or Strathearn?

The box may be a Whitefriars box, but the canes in this paperweight look like Strathearn ones to me. Anyone else think it is Whitefriars?

I notice they dont show the base i bet its not made on a button base that would be conclusive , yes Scottish . :huh:
