Aaahhh! Ivo,  hadnt thought of that one,
I was actually thinking Bohemian, possibly Moser or Harrach?
I have seen this colour combination from that part of the world c1880.
Quite a few examples on http://www.great-glass.co.uk/library/lib1d.htm
quite a number as unidentified Bohemian.

As usual , i dont really have a clue, and am making it up as i go along

The colour combo Amber/blue is a classic one first used by Portieux ca. 1805 in a service for Napoleon Bonaparte. These glasses are still popular in France and in current production, and other French glass houses adopted it - notably Passavant La Rochère and Legras - who is known to use it as a base for enameling....

sorry if i get a bit excited sometimes   its just i get carried away with such a nice hobby!
Its a nice old vase, im pretty sure late 19thC. I will do a bit more digging around,
quite pleased how well it came up after cleaning.
