Bagley Andromeda and Flower Ring

Bagley Andromeda and Round Flower Ring, Andromeda marked on base MADE IN ENGLAND, the Flower Ring is marked on base PATENT APPLIED FOR MADE IN ENGLAND, I first thought the base may have been made by Jobling as I thought they used this mark or similar and they also made a round flower ring,
