Just picked this up for a fiver (couple of chips)
I dont recognise name/label, and cant find it in my books or google  :huh:
Hut PRINC art glass bohemia.
Its a bit dusty, it cant be that old,a little age wear to base,  but just what i like ;D

7 3/4 inches tall, 7 inches wide, over 2kg.

Help someone! (Jindrich  ;)  )

I cannot help you more Andy, my subject of study purposely ends with te end of Czechoslovakia  in 1992. Let me knwo when you will need any help in translation from Czech to Czenglish.

I couldnt find their website  ::)
i suspected 1990s. Did you look at their products? Theyve certainly been influenced by
earlier Czech glass, Skrdlovice , Exbor etc.

Andy,
my personal not qualiffied opinion is that this "interconnection with old tradition"  played big role in collaps of Czech art glass industry. Lack of conterporary and fresh designs, modiffication of several times exploited ideas and quite often very horrible handling with colours made new Czech glass stuff not very attractive for buyers. The sad fact is that in country live many excellent glass artists, but their services had not been used. Designs had been made by glassmasters and the result can be seen.
