Murano pinch top small vase ?

Is there anyone who recognise this bowl/pot? i think it is murano it seems like 3 layers,inner white glass/middle speckled/outer clear, 7cm high 8cm across ground smooth bottom. 350grms heavy thanks Lynn

Is the bottom shiny or matte? I very much doubt it is Murano. The pinching also looks very asymmetric for this rose bowl shape, which worries me. You expect perhaps less than perfection from hand finishing, but that looks way off. My first thought was Bohemia but perhaps India or China.
