blue goblet,blue foriegn sticker on base i.d. please

i have this blue goblet,has a blue foriegn sticker on the base,faceted slightly on the inside.it measures 5.5" high.thanks for looking

i saw two of these today at the car boot but they had lids,looks like i bought a bad un. :huh:
