retro smoked brown decanter - ID = Caithness

hi this decanter is a smoked brown glass,clear cased at the bottom,the stopper is hollow,and it  stands approx 11 inches tall.
the stopper is similar to a riihimaki decanter my dad has,and similar colour.
any ideas please

It looks like a Caithness decanter by Domnhall O'Broin.  About 1965.   Should be 28.2cm
