http://www.adamaaronson.com/adam.php?showExhibition=237&navID=17&subID=To bring everyone up to date on my ducks, these now fall into two distinct categories: ducks with hats and ducks with AA canes embedded into the base. Some of the ducks with hats also have the AA canes embedded in the base, but not all of them do.
The coloured glass AA canes are melted onto the base of the duck before adding the clear base. Aside from that they are clearly signed as well. The only way they could be removed is by cutting off the base, grinding down the bottom of the duck and then gluing on a new base. So they have their own IP integrity and cannot be passed off as WF. There is of course a risk that someone could copy this technique and pass their ducks off as mine. However, I am looking at ways to avoid this. The link above shows yellow duck, with an image below showing the AA canes in the base and below that you can also see a very special duck which is the first of the "streaky" ducks. This also has the black AA canes embedded in the base. As these are quite dark, future streakies will have a different colour for the AA cane to make them more distinguishable.
Coming soon, more ducks of distinction....

As you know ducks can fly long distances - some of these have flown as far as Australia and another is about to take off for the US :rn:
