ID for bohemian glass help

interesting ruby glass 5" vase with hand painted white and gold scrolling  flourishes on faceted edges; scalloped mouth edged in gold. underside concave and very smoothly ground. any ideas on maker? unmarked.

Generic Bohemian circa 1840s onward - but quite possibly from the Egermann factory.
