clear glass handled brown vase,maybe Italian,any ideas ?

could you please look at this lovely shaped vase,it is a toffee colour with slightly vertical ribs,the handles are also multi ribbed though the camera hasn't picked them out,the quality is good and the height is 25" and the base is smooth with a slight concave centre with a snip mark(not sure but i think that's the right word for where the blower cuts the glass off) always open to corrections!!! either Empoli, Altare or Spain. The colour is bottle brown, so it was not made in one of the more sophisticated glassworks.
