posibly Czech vase - any suggestions ?

Does anyone have any ideas who this vase might be by ?

I bought this some years ago from a German auctionhouse for too much £ - they listed it as Lndstrand (in my defence I was young and inexperienced !). Now I don't think it is, but any ideas who it might be by ?

green doesn't glow under blacklight
