Handblown decanter with rooster inside

I have bought a handblown decanter with multicolor rooster inside. I have tried to find information about it but with no luck. Does anybody know anything about this decanter, where and when this was made? I am from Finland and have shown this to some antique sellers here but they could not say anything about it.
